Please read these terms carefully before using PikLuv services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PikLuv ("Service"), operated by Nuvira LLC.

By accessing, creating an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or using PikLuv, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

PikLuv is intended only for adults.

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use the Service.

By using PikLuv, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of the Service

PikLuv is an AI-powered entertainment platform featuring fictional virtual personalities.

By using PikLuv, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All personalities are artificial intelligence.
  • No real person is communicating with you.
  • Conversations, images, and responses are fictional.
  • Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected.
  • The Service is intended solely for entertainment, creative interaction, and educational purposes.

4. No Professional Advice

PikLuv is not a substitute for:

  • Medical advice
  • Mental health treatment
  • Therapy or counseling
  • Legal advice
  • Financial advice
  • Emergency services

Never rely on PikLuv during an emergency.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for every decision, action, communication, and consequence resulting from your use of PikLuv.

You agree that Nuvira LLC is not responsible for:

  • Emotional decisions
  • Financial decisions
  • Relationship decisions
  • Personal choices
  • Injuries
  • Damages
  • Losses
  • Harm to yourself or others
  • Any actions taken based on AI-generated conversations

Use PikLuv responsibly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Break any law.
  • Encourage violence.
  • Encourage self-harm or suicide.
  • Promote illegal activity.
  • Harass or threaten others.
  • Upload unlawful content.
  • Attempt to manipulate, exploit, reverse engineer, attack, or interfere with the AI or Service.
  • Abuse, harass, threaten, or intentionally attempt to damage PikLuv, its systems, or its AI personalities.

7. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, deny, or permanently terminate any account, subscription, or access to PikLuv at any time, with or without notice, and for any lawful reason or no stated reason.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

  • Abuse toward the platform or AI personalities
  • Harassment
  • Illegal activity
  • Fraud
  • Chargeback attempts
  • Attempts to exploit or manipulate the Service
  • Behavior we determine to be harmful to PikLuv, its users, or our business

Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, AI personalities, conversations, artwork, logos, images, prompts, branding, code, and content remain the exclusive property of Nuvira LLC.

No portion of the Service may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercialized without written permission.

9. Service Availability

We may modify, improve, suspend, remove, replace, or discontinue any feature, personality, image, conversation style, or functionality at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

PikLuv is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Accuracy
  • Reliability
  • Availability
  • Suitability
  • Continuous operation

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuvira LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, financial, or personal damages arising from the use or inability to use PikLuv.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific subscription giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nuvira LLC from any claims, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, expenses, or attorney's fees arising from:

  • Your use of PikLuv
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your unlawful conduct
  • Your misuse of AI-generated content

13. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time.

Continued use of PikLuv constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
