AI Content & Image Upload Guidelines

What may be generated, what may be uploaded, and what is never allowed.

1. Who These Guidelines Apply To

These guidelines apply to every user of PikLuv and cover two kinds of content: content generated by our AI companions at your request (conversations and pictures), and images you upload yourself. They form part of our Terms and Conditions. Breaking them can result in content removal and account termination without refund.

2. Never Allowed

The following are prohibited everywhere on PikLuv, in text and in images, whether generated or uploaded:

  • Sexual content involving minors, or anyone depicted, described or presented as under 18, including by age, appearance, clothing, setting, role or words such as "student", "schoolgirl" or "teen". This includes fictional and AI-generated depictions.
  • Sexual deepfakes or impersonation of real people, including celebrities, public figures and private individuals. You may not attempt to generate a companion in the likeness of any real person.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, meaning any sexual or intimate depiction of a real person created or shared without that person's consent.
  • Uploading another person's image to create sexual or explicit content, or for any purpose, without that person's consent.
  • Non-consensual sexual content: rape, sexual assault, or any sex that is forced, coerced or against someone's will, including role-play of it.
  • Sex with anyone who cannot consent because they are drunk, drugged, asleep or unconscious.
  • Incest, including step-family and role-play of it.
  • Bestiality or any sexual content involving animals.
  • Violence: kidnapping, captivity, torture, serious injury, killing or necrophilia.
  • Prostitution and escorting: paying for sex, arranging to meet for sex, trafficking or exploitation.
  • Hate speech: slurs or attacks on people for their race, religion, ethnicity, sexuality or gender identity.
  • Illegal activity: instructions or encouragement for a serious crime.
  • Illegal drugs: using, buying or role-playing illegal drug use.
  • Extreme fetish content: faeces, urine, vomit, menstrual blood, blood play, and age play or infantilism (including diapers and "adult baby" or "little" role-play).
  • Content that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Any other content that is illegal in the United States or in the place where you use PikLuv.

3. AI-Generated Content

PikLuv's companions are fictional adults, and the service is built so that they stay that way:

  • Every companion is represented as 18 or older at all times. A request to make a companion younger, or to introduce anyone presented as a minor, is refused automatically, in conversation and in pictures, and is logged.
  • Pictures are always rendered from the companion's own fixed, fictional likeness. Asking for a picture of a real person, or naming one, does not and cannot produce that person's likeness.
  • You cannot upload photographs or reference images for use in generated content, and the service does not accept them.
  • Generated content is for your personal, private use. You may not present it as depicting a real person, use it to harass, deceive or defame anyone, or use it for any commercial purpose.
  • Companions are AI. They are not real people, they are not professionals of any kind, and nothing they say is advice. Ask a companion whether she is an AI and she will tell you so.
  • Every companion is marked "100% AI" and every picture she sends is labelled "AI original" in the chat and on Telegram.

4. Images You Upload

The only image you can upload to PikLuv is your own account profile picture. It is shown to you within your account and is never used to generate content, never shown to other users and never published. When you upload one:

  • It must be an image of yourself, or one you have the right and the subject's consent to use.
  • It must not contain nudity or sexual content.
  • It must not depict a minor.
  • It must not depict another person without their consent, and must not be a celebrity or public figure.
  • It must not be unlawful or infringe anyone's rights.

Uploaded images are limited to common image formats and 2 MB. We may review and remove any uploaded image at any time, and we remove images that break these guidelines on discovery or on report.

5. Enforcement

  • Every message you send and every reply or picture prompt the AI produces is checked by automated filters before anything is generated or shown. Prohibited requests are refused, and prohibited replies are never displayed.
  • Every blocked request is recorded with the account, the time and the request itself.
  • Repeated attempts suspend the account automatically. A suspended account is reviewed by a person and may be reinstated or terminated.
  • An attempt to obtain sexual content involving a minor is sent to our compliance contact at once. A second attempt suspends the account.
  • Where we find apparent child sexual abuse material, or the law otherwise requires it, we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the relevant authorities.
  • Content that breaks these guidelines is removed immediately on discovery or on report, and stays removed while we review.
  • We preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement, regulators and our payment partners.
  • Terminated accounts are not refunded.

6. Reporting

If you believe content on PikLuv breaks these guidelines, depicts you or someone you represent, or depicts a real person, report it through our contact form or by email to info@pikluv.com. Reports are handled under our Complaints, Content Removal & Appeals Policy: acknowledged within 24 to 48 hours and resolved within five business days, with a right of appeal.
