Subscription & Payment Policy
Information about subscriptions, payments, and refunds for PikLuv services.
1. Subscription Purchases
PikLuv subscriptions are purchased individually.
Subscriptions do not automatically renew.
When your subscription expires, premium access ends until another subscription is purchased.
2. Cryptocurrency Payments
PikLuv currently accepts cryptocurrency only.
By submitting payment, you understand and agree that blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be canceled, reversed, or modified once confirmed.
You are solely responsible for sending payment to the correct wallet address and network.
PikLuv is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect address, unsupported network, or otherwise lost due to user error.
3. Free Trial
Eligible users may receive a free trial.
The free trial does not create a recurring subscription or future payment obligation.
4. Refund Policy
Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, all purchases are considered final.
Except where required by applicable law, PikLuv does not provide refunds for:
- Used subscription time
- Expired subscriptions
- User dissatisfaction
- Failure to use the Service
- Forgotten passwords
- Accidental purchases
- User error
- Blockchain transaction mistakes
Any exception is made solely at the discretion of Nuvira LLC.
5. Subscription Access
Subscriptions provide access only for the purchased subscription period.
We may add, improve, remove, replace, or modify personalities, conversations, images, features, or functionality as the platform evolves.
Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee access to any specific personality or feature indefinitely.
6. Right to Refuse Service
Nuvira LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any user at any time, with or without notice, for any lawful reason or no stated reason.
Termination does not create any obligation to issue a refund.
