Subscription & Payment Policy
How plans and credits are paid for, what happens when a plan ends, and our refund terms.
1. Plans and Credits: One-Time Purchases, No Automatic Renewal
PikLuv sells one-month plans and credit packs. Both are one-time purchases that you make yourself, and both are paid once, at the time of purchase.
- A plan gives you access for one month from the date of purchase and includes a bundle of credits.
- Plans do not automatically renew. We do not store a payment method and we cannot charge you again. Nothing further is ever taken from you.
- Because nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel. Your plan simply ends on its end date, shown in your account.
- When your plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan automatically. Any credits left in your wallet are kept. The companions other than our receptionist, and pictures on request, are available whenever you hold a paid plan or have bought a credit pack.
- You can buy another month at any time, before or after your current plan ends. If you renew early, the new month is added on top of the time you have left.
- Credit packs top up the same wallet a plan fills. They are one-time purchases and do not expire while your account is open.
We send a reminder email shortly before a plan ends. That email is a courtesy notice; it does not create a renewal, a charge, or any obligation.
2. Cryptocurrency Payments
PikLuv currently accepts cryptocurrency only.
By submitting payment, you understand and agree that blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be canceled, reversed, or modified once confirmed.
You are solely responsible for sending payment to the correct wallet address and network.
PikLuv is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect address, unsupported network, or otherwise lost due to user error.
3. Free Plan
Every account includes the Free plan at no cost. It has no end date.
The Free plan is not a subscription. It does not create any recurring plan, charge, or future payment obligation, and there is nothing to cancel. What it includes (currently chat with our receptionist companion, a one-time allowance of free credits and one picture a week) may change, and free credits have no cash value.
4. Refund Policy
Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, all purchases are considered final.
Except where required by applicable law, PikLuv does not provide refunds for:
- Used plan time
- Expired plans
- User dissatisfaction
- Failure to use the Service
- Forgotten passwords
- Accidental purchases
- User error
- Blockchain transaction mistakes
Any exception is made solely at the discretion of Nuvira LLC.
5. Plan Access
A plan provides access only for the month you purchased.
We may add, improve, remove, replace, or modify personalities, conversations, images, features, or functionality as the platform evolves.
Purchasing a plan does not guarantee access to any specific personality or feature indefinitely.
6. Right to Refuse Service
Nuvira LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any user at any time, with or without notice, for any lawful reason or no stated reason.
Termination does not create any obligation to issue a refund.
