18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

1. No Real Persons Depicted

PikLuv, operated by Nuvira LLC, provides exclusively synthetic, AI-generated content. Every companion, personality, conversation and picture available through the service is produced by artificial intelligence. No real individual participates as a performer, model or subject in the creation of any sexually explicit content available on PikLuv, and no photograph, film or recording of a real person is used as source material for it.

2. Applicability of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A

The performer identification and record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, and the regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75, apply to visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Because the content available on PikLuv is entirely computer-generated and does not depict any actual human being, Nuvira LLC believes those requirements do not apply to its content, and no records of the kind described in those provisions exist or are required to be maintained.

Nuvira LLC nevertheless holds itself to the standards below.

3. Content Standards

• Every companion is a fictional character and is represented as an adult of 18 years of age or older at all times.
• Any request to depict or sexualise a minor, or anyone presented as a minor, is refused automatically and recorded. A repeat attempt suspends the account, and it is terminated on review.
• The service prohibits deepfakes and the use of any identifiable real person's likeness, including celebrities and private individuals.
• Generated pictures are always rendered from a companion's own fixed, fictional likeness. Users cannot upload photographs or reference images for use in generated content.
• Automated filters screen every request and every AI reply for prohibited content before anything is shown, a person reviews what they block, and reports are handled under our Complaints, Content Removal & Appeals Policy.
