Anti-Human Trafficking & Sexual Exploitation Policy

1. Zero-Tolerance Commitment

Nuvira LLC, operator of PikLuv, maintains a strict zero-tolerance position on human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, forced activity, deceptive recruitment, and any activity that enables or profits from the exploitation of another person. These practices cause serious harm and are prohibited on PikLuv absolutely, regardless of where a user is located.

This policy applies to every user, every visitor, every third party and every activity conducted on or through PikLuv, including our website and our Telegram bots. It operates independently of our Terms and Conditions, Content Guidelines and Complaints, Content Removal & Appeals Policy.

2. What PikLuv Is, and Is Not

PikLuv is an entertainment service for adults in which users chat with fictional companions generated by artificial intelligence. This shapes how this policy applies:

• No real person performs, models or appears in the sexual content on PikLuv. Every companion, personality and picture is synthetic.
• PikLuv has no creator, model or performer accounts, and does not pay anyone for sexual content.
• PikLuv does not arrange, advertise or facilitate meetings, escort services, sexual services or any off-platform contact between people.
• Users cannot publish content to other users, and cannot upload images for use in generated content.

Because of this, the primary trafficking risks on PikLuv are attempts to misuse the service for solicitation, advertising or recruitment, and attempts to use the platform's payment flow to move money connected to exploitation. Both are prohibited and both are reported.

3. Definitions

• Human trafficking: recruiting, transporting, harbouring, obtaining or providing a person for labour or services through force, fraud or coercion.
• Sex trafficking: inducing a commercial sex act through force, fraud or coercion, or involving anyone under 18 in a commercial sex act, whether or not force is used.
• Sexual exploitation: taking advantage of a person sexually for profit or gratification, including through coercion, deception, abuse of a position of power or trust, or the person's vulnerability.
• Coercion or forced activity: any sexual activity, performance or content obtained by threats, pressure, deception, debt, intoxication or the removal of the ability to consent.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use PikLuv, its chats, its Telegram bots or its payment systems to:

• Advertise, offer, request or arrange commercial sexual services, escorting or "meetups".
• Recruit, advertise for, or attempt to recruit any person for sexual services or sexual content.
• Share contact details, links or instructions intended to move sexual solicitation off the platform.
• Depict, describe, request or promote the trafficking, coercion or exploitation of any real person.
• Request or attempt to generate content sexualising a minor or anyone presented as a minor. Such requests are refused automatically and recorded. A repeat attempt suspends the account, and it is terminated on review.
• Launder, transfer or disguise money connected to trafficking or exploitation through purchases on PikLuv.
• Use PikLuv on behalf of, or under the control of, another person for any of the purposes above.

5. Safeguards

• PikLuv is for adults only. Every visitor must confirm they are 18 or older before entering, and every account holder confirms they are 18 or older when registering.
• Every companion is a fictional adult. Requests to make a companion younger, a student, a minor, or anything implying a person under 18 are refused automatically by the service, in text and in pictures, and are logged.
• Generated pictures are always rendered from a companion's own fixed, fictional likeness. They cannot depict a real person, and users cannot supply images to be used in them.
• Payments are processed by a regulated third-party payment provider that applies its own anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering controls.
• Reports under this policy are reviewed by a person at Nuvira LLC within the timelines set out in our Complaints Policy, and conversations connected to a report may be reviewed as part of that investigation.

6. How to Report a Concern

If you see anything on PikLuv that you believe involves trafficking, coercion or exploitation, or you believe a user is soliciting or advertising sexual services, report it to us:

Reports are acknowledged within 24 to 48 hours and investigated within five business days. Reports may be made anonymously.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. If you or someone you know needs help, the following organisations operate confidential helplines:

• United States: National Human Trafficking Hotline, 1-888-373-7888 (24/7), or text 233733.
• United Kingdom: Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline, 08000 121 700.
• Elsewhere: your national police non-emergency line, or the anti-trafficking organisations listed by the UN Office on Drugs and Crime.

Suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant authorities.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this policy result in one or more of the following, without prior notice:

• Immediate removal of the content or conversation.
• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account, with no refund.
• Blocking of the payment methods and identifiers involved.
• Preservation of evidence.
• Notification of law enforcement, and of our payment and financial partners.

8. Cooperation and Review

We cooperate fully with law enforcement, regulators, card networks and our payment partners, and we respond promptly to lawful requests for information. The people who handle reports work to this policy. We review this policy at least once a year and whenever the law, our partners' requirements or our service change.
