2. AI Data Usage

Your messages are sent to the third-party AI providers that generate your companion's replies and pictures and that help us screen content against our Content Guidelines, only for those purposes. We store your conversations so your companion can remember you and personalize future chats. We do not sell your conversations, and our staff do not read them as a matter of routine. The exception is safety: a message that our content filters block, or that is part of a complaint, is recorded and may be reviewed by our compliance contact, and may be disclosed to the authorities where the law requires it. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve the service.

If you chat on Telegram, your messages also pass through Telegram and are subject to Telegram's own privacy policy.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are made in cryptocurrency through NowPayments, a third-party payment processor. We never see or store card details. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, and the currency used.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and analyze how our service is used. Our pages include Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which set their own cookies and are governed by Google's and Meta's privacy policies. You can control cookie settings through your browser.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
